Exchange Is Only Allowed If:
– Wrong order is received.
– Defective items.
Please take note that EXCHANGES are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once customer has mailed back the item(s) in good condition.
– Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and altered.
– Merchandise must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.
– Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
All exchanges should be done WITHIN 14 Working Days. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
Hair accessories, underwear and bodysuits cannot be exchanged.

In the unlikely event that there is a defect in your item, email us at email@example.com on the day right after you receive your items (for justification) by submitting the ‘Return & Exchange Form’ below
Merchandise is SOLD OUT / Shortage of stock
We will contact you immediately for refund if there shall be any error caused by technical inventory problems.
– Returns for refund will only be accepted within 5 days of the customer receiving the product.
– Strictly no refunds will be issued after 5 days of receiving the products.
– Cash refund is only applicable for shortage of stock.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
